Where we ship
We ship worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment.
Delivery time
Orders ship from our supplier's international warehouse. Typical delivery is 10 to 20 business days after processing. Delays can happen during holidays, peak seasons or because of customs. If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, contact us and we will make it right.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to show updates after it is first issued.
Multiple items
Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.
Customs, duties and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes in your country, which are set by local authorities and paid by the customer where they apply.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you made a mistake, email us right away. We cannot guarantee a change once the order has shipped.
