How to measure: measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits the finger you want, or wrap a strip of paper around that finger, mark where it overlaps and measure the length (that is the circumference). Between two sizes? Pick the larger one: this is a wide band, and wide bands fit a little tighter than thin ones.
